International Photography Awards Announces Winners of the 2017 Competition!

This year, the International Photography Awards received 14,272 of submissions from over 165 countries and is pleased to declare that James Hughes was awarded Honourable Mention in Architecture - Historic for the winning entry Phnom Penh French Colonial Police Station.

Phnom Penh French colonial police station staircase in the now abandoned building. It was a challenge to climb the broken staircases and avoid the bats and monkeys who are now the new residents in this once historic place.
